Teaching Philosophy
As both a performer and music educator, I believe it is my responsibility and joy to share the transformative power of music with people of all ages. Music-making should be a positive and fulfilling experience — one that nurtures creativity, discovery, critical thinking, and mindfulness.
I am committed to creating an inclusive and accessible learning environment where every student feels valued and supported. I tailor lessons to meet each individual’s unique goals, needs, and learning styles, ensuring that music remains a source of inspiration and personal growth. I truly believe: music is for everyone.
Beyond developing technical proficiency, I guide students in exploring the broader dimensions of musicianship—including music history, theory, emotional expression, artistic intent, and even the philosophical aspects of music. This holistic approach helps each student build a deep and meaningful relationship with their instrument and the music they create.
Wherever you are on your life’s journey, learning to make music can enrich your experience and open new pathways to understanding, expression, and joy.
